I closed on my first home on March 3, 2006 with my girlfriend Shannon. It is a typical Washington DC rowhouse, built in the 1910s. 3 levels with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom upstairs and a 1/3 bathroom in the basement. Toilet only in the basement, for those special occasions.
